Site Privacy Policy
This web site tracks visitors with standard server log files which every web server uses to gather basic information such as pages served, IPs of requestors, etc. I do not sell or in any way communicate these log files to any person or any company.
The Cove Forums require a valid e-mail address from anyone who wants to register. You do have to register to start new threads (topics). Registering allows you to edit your posts, works the 'NEW MESSAGE' icon and such. If you register several Cookies will be set, including one which tells the last time you logged in so the 'NEW MESSAGE' icon works. Cookie information is kept on your computer. My software / server does no analysis on cookie data / contents except to 'work' the icon for new messages and such.
Note that I do NOT sell or give away e-mail lists nor do I send 'spam', advertisements or anything else to registered users (or anyone else, for that matter) with the exception of a News Letter which is very infrequent and which can be opted out of (see Elsmar Cove News Letter and How to 'Opt Out' of the Elsmar Cove News Letter.
Privacy Policy: Bottom Line
Cayman Business Systems (The Elsmar Cove) does not sell, give away or in any way reveal / communicate any information about anything to any person, any company or any other entity inclusive of log files, e-mail addresses and cookie information.
Nothing. Nada. Period...

If you post in the Forums (this includes attachments to any post) you do not have a right to assert copyright claim(s) now or in the future. If the contents of your posts are 'golden' to you, I suggest you post elsewhere (and hope for the best) or write a book and sell it. If you post here, your question(s) and any and all answers to questions(s), as well as any attachments you contribute, are in the public domain.

Disclaimer: I'm Not Associated With Them...
As it turns out, there is another Cayman Systems (wouldn't you know it) - a router and broadband company as I understand it, and their lawyers wrote me a pretty nasty letter in mid-2001. Basically they said everything with the word 'Cayman' in it is their copyright because they've copyrighted the word / name 'Cayman'. Be it known that Cayman Business Systems (aka Cayman Systems International and The Elsmar Cove) is thankfully in NO way associated with the Cayman Systems router people.
